At Styxreonkhor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from our website.

Return Period

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Irish consumer protection laws. The return period begins on the day you receive the goods.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be included
  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or use
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • The return must be initiated within the 14-day return period

Items that have been damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return.

Cost of Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because it is defective, incorrect, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping unless we have arranged the return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at team@styxreonkhor.world or through our contact form to request a return authorisation
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorisation number
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions
  6. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange

Please do not send returns without first contacting us and receiving return authorisation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or not as described:

  • Customised or personalised items
  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned after the 14-day return period
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse or normal wear

General Legal Requirements

Under Irish consumer law, you have the right to:

  • Return goods that are faulty or not as described
  • Cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods (distance selling regulations)
  • Receive a full refund for faulty goods
  • Receive a repair or replacement for faulty goods

These rights are in addition to any rights you may have under our return policy and cannot be excluded or limited.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, you may still cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the return conditions outlined above.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the goods in accordance with our return process.

If you cancel an order before dispatch, you will receive a full refund within 14 days of cancellation.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed
  • The refund amount will exclude any original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. For other payment methods, we will refund using the same method you used for payment.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
